VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

All vendors (unless you’re a Georgetown BID member) must bring a tent. Vendors must provide and set up their own tents with at least 40 lb. weights for each leg of their tent, tables, and chairs. Electricity and WiFi are not provided. Quiet generators are acceptable, by request.

We cannot accept vendors that would compete with our Georgetown businesses, such as those who sell clothing, accessories or beauty/skincare products. However, if you have a very unique product, feel free to apply!

Additional food options and non-alcoholic beverages are needed. We are covered in the French bakery category but let us know if you have something else to offer, e.g. cheese, burgers, French fries, popcorn, pretzels.

Farmers Market vendors would be a great addition!

Food vendor quantities – average at least 500 servings/day.

Vendors are required to be open during event hours:
Saturday and Sunday, 11 am - 5 pm
(option to participate one day)
